2. Returns are only accepted with prior written approval from our support team. Shipments without approval will be refused.
3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees.
4. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all labels, tags, and accessories.
5. We reserve the right to reject or reduce refunds for products showing wear, damage, or missing parts.
6. Refunds, when approved, cover only the product price and original standard shipping. Premium shipping, taxes, or duties are non-refundable.
7. Refunds are processed only after inspection at our warehouse and may take up to 14 business days.
8. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
9. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
10. All sales are considered final outside these conditions.
